Description
Bannock is inherintly flexible by nature. How it is made, what it is made with, and what is prepared with the made product all add up to endless possibilities. We offer baking and frying instructions below for our Bannock Dry Mix.
Baking Directions
To bake, add 1/4 cup of oil, 1/2 cup of milk, and 2 1/2 cups of warm water. Stir mix with a butter knife. Kneed dough and put some love into it. Pray to the creator to bless your bannock. Oil pan and set temperature to 425 deg. Bake for 25 minutes.
Frying Directions
Add 3 cup of water. Kneed dough but not too much, and put some more love into it. Pray to the creator for all your gifts and blessings. Heat oil to 350 deg. Fry in vegetable or canola oil. Serve with butter and jam.
